For example, one ad I ran in a weekly newsletter a while back cost me $30 to run and resulted in a $300 profit. That's a ten times return on investment. And I can continue running that ad with no work every week until it stops turning a profit (I have instant stats that show me this, automatically.)

Now, a $300 profit might not sound much to you, but if I continue to run it and it continues to pull this response I would end up making $15,600 a year from this single ad. With no additional work.

A few years ago, I implemented a very simple list building affiliate strategy that took me 3 days to put together. I then sent ONE announcement letter to one list of people looking for marketing partners, and the results started pouring in.

I just checked my stats now, and to this day it looks like that simple strategy has pulled in 15,773 subscribers and $69,200 in direct orders. All I did was make the offer available, and let other people offer a free gift to their lists. (Hint: use that strategy!) I haven't touched it since then.

The key is to find quality offers that your clients will be interested in. You can then pick up the rights to the product, simply upload it to your site, and start selling it as your own right away.

I've done this several times with great results. For example, on one occasion when I did this, I pulled in $3,560 worth of sales in a few days just by taking 15 minutes to send out one email to my subscribers. Not bad.

For another offer, I generated $5,713 worth of sales in about a week by sending out one email and one follow-up reminder. Same thing here. Once I made the product available on my site, sending out an offer to my list took about 15 minutes. Then the orders were all processed automatically.

Very easy and effective to do. It's a fast way to pull in profits quickly once you start building your customer base and subscriber lists. I show you how in the Master Plan.

Affiliate programs are another good source of income. You simply find a good product or service that will help your clients, sign up for their affiliate program or arrange a deal with the seller to split the profits, and recommend it to your subscribers.

Usually, it's not as profitable as selling your own products, but there are exceptions. For example, I found one great deal for a subscription based membership site and simply let my subscribers know about it.

So far, this one affiliate program has paid me $12,954 in commissions and it's a monthly subscription so I still get paid for it every single month. All I did was tell my existing contacts about it. No other marketing done.

Total time required for me: 30 minutes to set up the deal. No support issues. No product development work. Just a few offers sent to my subscribers, for a service that they appreciate. It doesn't get much better than that.

Again, my results do not indicate how things will turn out for you. Some offers will work well, others will flop. I just want to give you an idea of what is possible when you start building your contact database, and what strategies you can use.
